Driver (Brandon) showed up almost to the minute like he said he would. Took caution on loading my car, and was very polite and professional the whole time. He even dropped it off at the dealer to the person I asked him to notify!! Excellent service.

Corey, was a great tow truck driver and gave a fast 30 minutes response time. He was friendly and definitely gave 5 star service. The other tow company response ETA was 90 minutes, so I went with On Site Towing and canceled them.

Quick to arrive. Listened to my concerns and was overall friendly and professional. The real magic took place however once we arrived at the dealership and were instructed to take my car to the service lot in the back, it was a madhouse. But Corey navigated the extremely tight spaces along with other large trucks and pedestrians / employees with ease. Backed my car into a spot he suggested, but the service advisor didn't think he could possibly make happen. Like a surgeon, he nailed it on first try. Dropped my car, ensure dealership took care of his charges under warranty coverage, shook hands. And done. Beast brother.
